LD6815TD/28P Overview
In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TSOP case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. At present, it can produce an output of up to 150mA. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Depending on the chip, 5 pins may be available. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 85°C degrees Celsius.
