TL431AFDT/8R Overview

An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used. The handy Shunt package is used in this program. This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package. For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms. The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 600μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 2.495V is generated as a fixed/minimum value. There is 36V voltage higher than 36V that the voltage reference ic can send.
