TL431BMFDTVL Overview
An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.5% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.495V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 600μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 2.495V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.There is 2.44V voltage lower than 2.44V at the output of the voltage reference ic.The purpose is better served by PROGRAMMABLE OUTPUT VOLTAGE UP TO 36 V.There is 36V voltage higher than 36V that the voltage reference ic can send.
