NJM2881F28-TE1 Description
NJM2881F28-TE1 is a low dropout voltage regulator with ON/OFF control. Advanced Bipolar technology achieves low noise, high ripple rejection, and low quiescent current. It is mounted on SOT-23-5 as a small package and a 1.0 F ceramic capacitor is available. Therefore it is suitable for cellular phones, camcorders, IC decoders, cameras, and other portable items.
