In order to save board space, RF transceiver IC uses the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is possible to mount the RF transceiver's mounting using Surface Mount.With transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU.Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured.RF transceiver can only work with a supply voltage of 1.9V volts.Frequency 2.4GHz is the basis of operation.
