The ARM Cortex-M3 architecture-based NXP Semicon LPC1768FBD100K microcontroller is intended for use in a variety of embedded applications. It can run at up to 100 MHz of clock frequency and is produced utilizing NXP's 90nm manufacturing technology. The LPC1768FBD100K includes USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, and UART peripheral interfaces in addition to 512KB of flash memory and 64KB of SRAM. It is also ideally suited for usage in applications like industrial automation, robotics, and consumer electronics because it incorporates a number of on-chip capabilities like a real-time clock, watchdog timer, and numerous PWM channels.
