Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. The part has 4 functions that significantly boost the user experience. It represents the F/FAST product family. 14 pins are injected into the part body. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. The part supports 2 inputs. It requires a minimal voltage of 4.5 V to supply the device. The supply voltage should not exceed 5.5 V. The device should not operate under environment where temperature is higher than 85 °C. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be -40 °C. In normalsituation, users should not supply the device with voltage higher than 5.5 V. The lowest voltage fed to the part should be 4.5 V. This is a AND GATE logic device for general purpose uses.
