It represents the F/FAST product family. 14 pins are injected into the part body. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. The part supports 2 inputs. It requires a minimal voltage of 4.5 V to supply the device. The supply voltage should not exceed 5.5 V. The device should not operate under environment where temperature is higher than 85 °C.
