The 32-bit AEC-Q100 approved FS32K144UAT0VLFT MCUs combine a scalable series of Arm? Cortex?-M based microcontrollers with a comprehensive suite of production-grade tools, providing up to ASIL B functional safety automotive and industrial applications.
The FS32K144UAT0VLFT MCUs have ultra-low-power operational modes, an automotive-grade Software Development Kit (SDK) with low-level drivers and the FreeRTOSTM OS, and a cryptographic security engine with NXP firmware. QFN, LQFP, and MAPBGA packages are available for the FS32K144UAT0VLFT MCUs.
