Tray is acceptable for shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 48-LQFP Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.The power management is targeted at System Basis Chip and other applications.The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~125°C to avoid mal-function.The power management works at 3.5V~28V voltage.On the power management, you will find 48 terminals.The instruments designs has received high praise because it is an analog POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT IC.It is recommended that the power ic's supply current be conducted at 7mA .In order for the ic supplies to begin working, it must have at least 3.3V .Keeping output quality is the responsibility of 3 channels working together.You should not supply more voltage than 5V to the power supply ic.
