Ready for shipping the power management in Tape & Reel (TR) package.Packing in 48-LQFP Exposed Pad makes transportation convenient.The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at System Basis Chip as well as for other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~125°C to avoid any malfunctions.The power management operates at a voltage of 3.5V~28V volts.It is possible to find 48 terminals on the power ic.It has received high praise as a POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT analog IC.It is recommended to conduct the power ic's supply current at 7mA volts.In order for it to come up, the ic supplies must have at least 3.3V .Keeping output quality is the responsibility of 3 channels working together.Voltages greater than 5V should not be applied to the power supply ic.
