Using Tray as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.It is packaged the power management in 48-LQFP Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.It targets applications such as System Basis Chip and others.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~125°C will prevent malfunctions.It works with 3.5V~28V voltage.You can find 48 terminals of the power management.As an analog IC with a POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT value, the instruments designs has been widely praised.It is recommended to conduct the power ic's supply current at 7mA volts.In order for it to come up, the ic supplies must have at least 3.3V .To maintain the quality of the output, 3 channels work together.Voltages greater than 5V should not be applied to the power supply ic.
