MC56F8367VPYE Description
The 56F8367 controller includes 512KB's program flash memory and 32KB's data flash memory (each flash memory is programmed through the JTAG port), as well as 4KB's program RAM and 32KB's data RAM. It also supports the execution of programs from external memory. To make it easier for customers to include field programmable software routines that can be used to program main programs and data flash areas, boot flash memory with a total 32KB is integrated. Both program flash memory and data flash memory can be erased in batches or by page size independently. The programming flash page erase size is 1KB. The boot and data flash page erase size is 512 bytes. Boot flash memory can also be batch or page erased.
