The MC908AP16ACFBE is an 8-bit EEPROM Emulation AP MCUs. The 8-bit M68HC08 Family of microcontrollers is a low-cost, high-performance family that includes the HC08AP Family (MCUs). All of the MCUs in this family employs the improved M68HC08 central processing unit (CPU08), and a range of modules, memory sizes and kinds, and package options are available. The high-speed oscillator variant of the HC08APx device is the HC08APxA.
