Description
The MC9RS08KA2CSC Series microcontroller unit (MCU) is a very affordable, low pin count device for toys, tiny geometry applications, and home appliances. An extremely compact and highly effective RS08 CPU core, 63 bytes of RAM, 2K bytes of flash memory, an 8-bit modulo timer, a keyboard interrupt, and an analog comparator are all standard on-chip modules that make up this device. The gadget is offered in tiny 6- and 8-pin packaging.
