MC9S08DZ60AMLC Description

The MC9S08DZ60AMLC is an 8-bit embedded CAN microcontroller that runs at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. It is based on an improved HCS08 CPU with a 20MHz bus. The MC9S08DZ60AMLCi includes a 24-channel 12-bit A/D converter, an analog comparator, a can, 60kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, and 54 general-purpose I/O pins. Along with peripherals, the MC9S08DZ60AMLC includes two serial communications interface (SCI) modules, a real-time counter, and a multi-scalable controller area networks (MSCAN) CAN 2.0 A/B software compatible module, one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module, which can function at up to 100kbps (RTC).
