MC9S08QE16CFT Description
Our first family in the Flexis series is the MC9S08QE16CFT family, which consists of an 8-bit and 32-bit device duo that are pin compatible. The NXP? Controller Continuum's connection point for 8- and 32-bit compatibility is the Flexis line of controllers. With 128 KB of flash, 24 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) channels, and up to 25 MHz in bus frequency, the MC9S08QE16CFT pushes the limits of the performance of the 8-bit architecture. Pin, peripheral, and tool compatibility exist between the 32-bit MC9S08QE16CFT and the 8-bit MC9S08QE16CFT device. They provide the highest level of migration freedom because they share a common set of peripherals and development tools.
