The 8-bit HCS08 Family of low-cost, high-performance microcontrollers includes the MC9S08QG8 (MCUs). The upgraded HCS08 core is used by all MCUs in the series, which also come in a range of module options, memory sizes, memory kinds, and package options. The operating temperature of the MC9S08QG4CDTER is -40°C~85°C TA and its RAM Size is 256 x 8. MC9S08QG4CDTER has 16 pins and it is available in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging way.
