MC9S12D64CPVE Description

The MC9S12DJ64, developed by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale, is a kind of 16-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) composed of standard on-chip peripherals. The performance and power consumption are adjustable to meet specific operational requirements through the inclusion of a phase-lock loop (PLL) circuit. Because the external bus is able to operate in an 8-bit narrow mode, single 8-bit wide memory can be interfaced for lower

cost systems.
