MC9S12DP512CPVER Description
A 16 bit MCU, the MC9S12DP512CPVER is made up of common on-chip peripherals. The presence of two asynchronous serial communications interfaces improved 8 channel IC/OC capture timer two analog-to-digital converters with 8 channels and 10 bits (ADC) Pulse-width modulator with 8 channels (PWM) discrete digital I/O lines of twenty Bus Inter-IC The System Integration Module oversees system resource mapping, clock generation, interrupt control, and bus interface (SIM). The entire MC9S12D features full 16 bit data pathways. However, the external bus can function in an 8-bit narrow mode, allowing for the interface of a single 8-bit wide memory for systems with reduced cost. Adjusting power consumption and performance is possible with a PLL circuit.
