MC9S12XDT512MAA Product Details
MC9S12XDT512MAA Description
MC9S12XDT512MAA, developed by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale, is a member of S12XD automotive and industrial microcontrollers (MCUs). The performance and power consumption are adjustable to meet specific operational requirements through the inclusion of a phase-lock loop (PLL) circuit. Because of its "fast exit from stop mode", system power consumption can be further improved. It is able to deliver low power consumption, excellent electromagnetic compatibility performance, and efficient code size. It is well suited for automotive multiplexing and mid-range body applications where the flash from 64 KB to 512 KB is required due to its 32-bit performance (up to 80 MHz) with all the advantages and efficiencies of a 16-bit MCU.
