MC9S12XEP768CAL Description

Advancement of the S12XD-Family, the MC9S12XEP768CAL-Family of microcontrollers has new capabilities for improved system integrity and increased functionality. The extended EEPROM functionality (EEE), the upgraded XGATE, the internally filtered, frequency modulated Phase Locked Loop (IPLL), and the enhanced ATD are among the new features. The Memory Protection Unit (MPU) and Error Correction Code (ECC) on the Flash memory are also among these new features.
