Three families that range in size from 32 KB to 256 KB of flash with cutting-edge FlexMemory, programmable integrated EEPROM, make up the ColdFire+? MCF51JF128VLH portfolio. The MCF51JF128VLH family includes a wide range of peripherals, including USB on-the-go (OTG), a serial audio interface, high-accuracy analog, hardware encryption, and an integrated touch-sensing interface, and more. It also has ultra-low power capabilities in small 5 x 5 mm footprint devices. The 32-bit MCU is a highly integrated, economical 32-bit solution for consumer and industrial applications thanks to these advantages.

Several ColdFire+ families are software and pin compatible to increase code reuse and reduce development costs and time. Along with the ColdFire+ MCF51QF, MCF51QU, MCF51QH, and MCF51QM families, the ColdFire+ MCF51JF and MCF51JU families are software and pin compatible with one another.
