An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced SOIC package.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.Its package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and utilizing high-density Surface Mount mounting techniques.During operation, the transceiver module's temperature must be below 125°C.It is important that this optical transceiver does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.This IC has a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 18V and is rated for use in a wide range of applications.It is required that the supply voltage for this line driver ic is at least 7V.Devoptical transceiver modulees that require 5.25V are suitable for this optical transceiver module.As a matter of fact, wide receiver's typical output current is not much more than 250μA.
