Cortex?-M7 core, which powers the MIMXRT1011DAE5A's i.MX RT real-time processor family, operates at speeds of up to 500 MHz to deliver strong CPU performance and the greatest real-time response. The 128 KB of on-chip RAM in the i.MX RT1010 CPU can be configured in a variety of ways, including as TCM or general-purpose on-chip RAM. The i.MX RT1010 combines an advanced power management module with DCDC and LDO to simplify power sequencing and lessen the complexity of external power supplies.
