The MK24FN1M0VLL12 product family members are optimized for cost-sensitiveapplications requiring low-power, USB connectivity, and up to256 KB of embedded SRAM. These devices share thecomprehensive enablement and scalability of the Kinetis family.
The operating power consumption of this MK24FN1M0VLL12 product is as low as 250MHzA/ μ. The electrostatic power consumption is reduced to 5.8 μ A, with full state reservation and 5 μ wake-up function. The lowest static mode is reduced to 339 nA USB LS/FS OTG 2.0, with embedded 3.3V, 120mA LDO VREG, and USB device without crystal operation.
