MK81FN256VLL15 Description
With advanced security features like an anti-tamper peripheral, boot ROM to support encrypted firmware updates, automated decryption from external serial flash memory, AES acceleration, and hardware support for public key cryptography, the Kinetis? K81 MCU expands the Kinetis MCU line. The K81 MCU can be used to meet the security requirements for applications used at points of sale (PoS).

8 KB system cache and 8 KB I/D cache are the two components of the CPU cache.
Support for quad and octal data interfaces is provided via a QSPI controller that is tuned for XIP from external serial NOR flash storage.
