MKL15Z128VFM4 Description
The MKL15Z128VFM4 is a Kinetis KL1x Baseline Ultra-low-power Microcontroller with a 32-bit Kinetis KL1x RISC architecture core that operates at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. The device has 128kB of internal flash memory, 16kB of internal RAM, one 16-bit SAR A/D converter, one 12-bit D/A converter, general-purpose PWM, and 28 general-purpose I/O ports. The MKL15Z128VFM4 additionally has three UART modules, two SPI modules, and two I2C modules for communication.
