MKL25Z32VFM4 Description
Family members range in flash size from 32 KB in a tiny 3.5 x 3.5 mm2 XFBGA package to 512 KB in a 121 MAPBGA device. The KL2x MCU family offers a migration route to improved performance and feature integration and is compatible with the Kinetis K20 MCU family, which is based on a Cortex-M4 core.
