MKL27Z128VFM4 Description
MKL27Z128VFM4 provided by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale belongs to the family of Kinetis KL27 microcontrollers with 48 MHz ARM? Cortex?-M0+ and 128/256 KB Flash. It is able to deliver high accuracy internal voltage and clock reference, down to 54uA/MHz in very low power run mode and 1.96uA in deep sleep mode (RAM + RTC retained), and embedded ROM with boot loader for flexible program upgrade. The MKL27Z128VFM4 microcontroller is ideally suitable for cost-sensitive and battery-powered applications where low-power USB connectivity is required.
