MKL27Z256VFT4 Description

The MKL27Z256VFT4 is an Ultra-Low-Power Microcontrollers (MCUs) based on Arm? Cortex?-M0+ Core designed for battery-powered applications that require a minimal amount of power. The product features an embedded ROM with a boot loader for flexible program upgrades and a USB FS 2.0 device without the need for an external crystal. ? Internal voltage and clock reference with high accuracy; ? FlexIO compatibility for any common or unique serial peripheral emulation ? Very low power run mode, which uses 54uA/MHz, and deep sleep mode, which uses 1.96uA (RAM and RTC are preserved).
