MMPF0100F0ANES Description
With fully integrated power devices and few external components, the PF0100 SMARTMOS power management integrated circuit (PMIC) offers a highly programmable/configurable architecture. The PF0100 can power an entire system, including applications processors, memory, and system peripherals, in a variety of applications. It has up to six buck converters, six linear regulators, an RTC supply, and a coin-cell charger.
The PF0100 has on-chip one-time programmable (OTP) memory and is offered in pre-programmed standard variants as well as unprogrammed versions that allow for bespoke programming. The PF0100 is designed to run a comprehensive embedded MCU platform solution, including IPTV, medical monitoring, home/factory automation, and eReaders based on i.MX 6.
