MMPF0100F1AEP Description
A highly programmable/configurable design with fully integrated power devices and few external components is offered by the PF0100 SMARTMOS power management integrated circuit (PMIC). The PF0100 has up to six buck converters, six linear regulators, an RTC supply, and a coin-cell charger, which allows it to power an entire system, including applications processors, memory, and system peripherals, in a variety of applications.
The PF0100 has on-chip one-time programmable (OTP) memory and is available in conventional variants that have been pre-programmed or unprogrammed versions that can accommodate bespoke programming. The PF0100 is designed to run a comprehensive embedded MCU platform solution, including an eReader, IPTV, medical monitoring system, and home or factory automation using an i.MX 6 processor.
