MMPF0100FDAEP Description
MMPF0100FDAEP, powered by SMARTMOS technology, is a type of 14-channel configurable power management integrated circuit (PMIC). It provides a highly programmable/ configurable architecture, with fully integrated power devices and minimal external components. It is capable of offering power for a complete system based on up to four buck converters, one boost regulator, six linear regulators, an RTC supply, and a coin-cell charger. Its preprogrammed or non-programmed standard versions are available to support custom programming due to on-chip One Time Programmable (OTP) memory.
