The PCA9633 is a 4-bit LED driver operated by the I2C bus that is designed for Red, Green, Blue, and Amber (RGBA) color mixing applications. To enable the LED to be set to a specified brightness level, each LED output has its own 8-bit resolution (256 steps) fixed frequency Individual PWM controller that runs at 97 kHz with a duty cycle that is changeable from 0% to 99.6%. A fifth 8-bit resolution (256 steps) Group PWM controller is used to dim or blink all LEDs with the same value. It has a fixed frequency of 190 Hz and an adjustable frequency range of 24 Hz to once every 10.73 seconds. It also has an adjustable duty cycle range of 0% to 99.6%.
