The PMD9050D,115 is a Transistor MOSFET Driver 2 NPN, PNP 45V 100mA Surface Mount SC-74. An NPN/PNP transistor pair coupled as a silicon-controlled switch in a SOT457 (SC-74) tiny Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic packaging, in addition to an NPN transistor and high-speed switching diode.
