UCB1400BE,128 Overview
A 48-LQFP package is supplied for space savings. The packaging way of Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Because it is a type of Audio, AC '97, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. The board is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. Supply voltage 3V~3.6V is provided to the analog circuit. 3V~3.6V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit.
