In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into BGA - Module packages. There should be a voltage of 2.8V on the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tray. Set the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors to 85°C. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -30°C when the image sensor is in operation.
