OV05670-H42A Overview

For safety reasons, image sensors are packaged in BGA - Module packages. Voltage 2.8V should be provided by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray so they don't get damaged. In order to maximize the life of the image sensors, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 85°C. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -30°C when image sensors are in operation.
