OV06946-A04A Overview

BGA - Module packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be 3.3V voltage present on the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Tray in order to prevent damage to them. Set the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors to 70°C. Image sensors must not be operated at a temperature below -20°C.
