There is a neat PLCC package used in buffer. As low as -40°C can be tolerated by it. You shouldn't let the amibient temperature get higher than 85°C when using this buffer. It outputs 24mA when it is in low-level mode, which is the default. There is a possibility of the electronic component conducting -3mA of current when it is in high-level output mode. It is recommended that the voltage used to run this electrical component is at least 4.5V. It is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. The basic operation of it is based on 1 circuits.
