It is possible that the electronic part may conduct -3mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 4.5V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 5.5V. Based on 1 circuits, digital buffer operates fundamentally.
