2N5485 Description


2N5485 is an N channel JFET, in full form it is called junction field effect transistor. The transistor is available in TO-92 and SOT-23 packages. It is mainly designed to use in VHF and UHF circuits but it is not limited to only these applications and can also be used in other type of applications such as to amplify any type of signal and also for switching purposes. Other benefits of this transistor are: High Sensitivity: High sensitivity means that the transistor is quite sensitive to weak signals.
