Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 80-LBGA packages. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Tray. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 96 dB. As specified, the optical format of the image sensor is 1/2.7 inch. The maximum voltage supplied by image sensors is 1.95V. Nonetheless, image sensors need to supply 1.7V voltage at a minimum. In order to ensure that image sensors work, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. There should, however, be a temperature difference between these electronic parts and -30°C. When they are in operation, image sensors can carry a maximum amount of current of 265mA.
