AR0238CSSC12SHRA0-DP1 Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 48-PLCC packages. In order to operate properly, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 1.8V 2.8V. It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 96 dB. An optical format of 1/2.7 inch has been specified for the image sensor. In order for image sensors to function properly, the temperature must not exceed 85°C. These electronic parts, however, should be heated above -30°C. In operation, image sensors can carry a maximum current of 130mA.
