The image sensors are put into CLCC packages for safety protection. We'll package these image sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. It's got 48 pins. The image sensors should be set to 70°C at their maximum operating temperature. When image sensors are operating, the temperature should not fall below -30°C.
