In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 63-LFBGA packages. For protection against damage, we will package these image sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR). A 63 pin image sensor is used. During operation, image sensors should have a voltage of 2.94V. Image sensors should be set to 105°C for maximum operating temperature. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -40°C when image sensors are in operation.
