CAT1025ZI-42-GT3 Overview
There are 8 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Power management has a total of 8 pins. 8 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least -2V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 7V volts in this PMIC. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 10μA. Additionally, there are many other features that can be found inside of the power management, such as [0]. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to CAT1025, the base PMIC number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 3mA.
