Packaging is in the form of a Tube. As a reference, this IC power includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In total, IC powers are 8 pins on the board. This power management system has 8 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 2.7V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 3mA. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 3mA.
