CAT130019TWI-GT3 Overview

As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supply current of the power management is 3mA. You can always use CAT13001, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 3mA can be used with this power management.
