CAT1320WI-30-T3 Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. This power management has 8 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 3V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The power management's supply current is 3mA. A maximum supply temperature of 3mA can be used.
